Nature of Service

RenalEase is a premium in-home hemodialysis service operated under the clinical protocols of The Renal Project.
All medical procedures are performed only under nephrologist prescription and supervision.

RenalEase does not replace professional medical advice.

Eligibility

To request home dialysis, you must:

  • Be a diagnosed CKD / ESRD patient

  • Have a prescription from a qualified nephrologist

  • Provide accurate medical information

  • Have a safe and appropriate home environment for the procedure

  • Willing to authorise relevant Consent Forms

RenalEase reserves the right to decline service if safety protocols cannot be ensured.

  • The patient’s condition requires hospitalization

  • Protocols are violated

  • Staff safety is compromised

  • Nephrologist (Medical) opinion entails so
