RenalEase currently does not accept online payments through this website.

Payment Method

All payments are:

  1. Pre-paid on a monthly subscription cycle basis

  2. Handled offline through:

  3.   Bank transfer

  4.   UPI

  5.   Cash (where allowed)

Refunds for Home Dialysis Services

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • A scheduled technician visit cannot be completed due to RenalEase operational issues

  • Equipment malfunction prevents treatment

  • The nephrologist advises against continuing sessions

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Completed dialysis sessions

  • Last-minute cancellations by the patient

  • Situations where home conditions do not meet safety requirements

  • Incorrect information provided by the patient

  • Pre-mature discontinuance of a monthly cycle

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a session:

  • Notify us at least 12 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations may be fully chargeable
